What does this role
entail?
- Conduct accurate vehicle valuations
- Manage leads, customer enquiries, and buyer accounts across all channels
- Conduct test drives and support customers throughout the buying and selling process
- Maintain high vehicle presentation standards
- Arrange vehicle delivery and/or collection when required
- Ensure strong CRM follow-up to maximize conversions
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Consistently work toward and exceed sales and revenue targets.
What do we need from
you?
- Confidence
interacting and negotiating with people
- A good
knowledge of cars
- Results
focused and target driven
- Full NZ driver's licence
- Legal rights to work in NZ
