Operations Supervisor

Who would suit this role?

Ideal for someone with previous team leadership experience who thrives in a busy operational environment. You'll be confident supervising a small team and motivated to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. If you've got a keen eye for detail, great communication skills, and enjoy leading from the front, this could be the opportunity for you. 

What does the role entail?

  • Supervising a team of 4 operations staff
  • Overseeing the processing of vehicles from procurement through to sales
  • Administering vehicle safety reports and ensuring compliance
  • Maintain high standards for yard presentation
  • Assisting with other operational tasks as needed.

What do we need from you?

  • Full or Restricted driver's manual driver's licence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer focused and ability to relate to people of all backgrounds
  • Legal right to work in NZ as defined by NZ immigration
  • Ability to multitask
