Ideal for someone with previous team leadership experience who thrives in a busy operational environment. You'll be confident supervising a small team and motivated to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. If you've got a keen eye for detail, great communication skills, and enjoy leading from the front, this could be the opportunity for you.
What does the role entail?
- Supervising a team of 4 operations staff
- Overseeing the processing of vehicles from procurement through to sales
- Administering vehicle safety reports and ensuring compliance
- Maintain high standards for yard presentation
- Assisting with other operational tasks as needed.
What do we need from you?
- Full or Restricted driver's manual driver's licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused and ability to relate to people of all backgrounds
- Legal right to work in NZ as defined by NZ immigration
- Ability to multitask
