Operations Assistant

Who would suit this role?

Ideally, you are looking for that first step into the auto industry - perhaps you have recently graduated and are looking for your first full time role or you may already have had a few years’ experience under your belt and are seeking a new opportunity?

What does the role entail?

• Grooming vehicles to a high standard
• Getting vehicles ready for sale/release
• Assisting customers with their queries
• Moving vehicles and completing petrol runs
• Assisting with a variety of daily operational tasks to support the smooth running of the branch
• Taking high-quality vehicle photos for online listings and sales platforms
• Supporting yard presentation by ensuring vehicles and display areas are clean, organised, and presented to a high standard
  

What do we need from you?

• Full or Restricted driver's manual driver's licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused and ability to relate to people of all backgrounds
• Legal right to work in NZ as defined by NZ immigration
• Ability to multitask
