Junior Sales Consultant (Automotive)

Turners Group NZ Ltd has been helping Kiwi's buy and sell used vehicles for over 50 years. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Consultant to join the Turners Family. You don't need years of experience - we'll give you the training, support, and mentorship to set you up for success. 

Who would suit this role?

This role is ideal for someone who, loves cars, enjoys talking to people and building rapport. Is motivated to learn and grow in a sales career and has a positive attitude. 

What does this role entail?

• Manage leads and follow up in CRM system
• Schedule test drives for customers
• Maintain vehicle presentation
• Promote Turners as the preferred business for buying and selling cars
• Collaborate with teammates and business managers to provide an excellent customer service experience 
• Stay positive under pressure
• Drive to exceed sales targets

What we're looking for:

• Willingness to work weekends (this is when our customers are busiest)
• A genuine interest in cars and sales
• Confidence communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Results-focused mindset with a desire to improve
• Good verbal and written English skills
• A full, clean driver’s licence
