Business Manager - Fixed Term Contract

What you'll be doing:

• Liaising with customers and lenders to provide tailored finance & insurance solutions
• Presenting finance options confidently and compliantly
• Completing finance documentation with accuracy and care
• Contributing to sales and service strategies
• Supporting Auckland branches and filling in when needed
• Some travel out of Auckland will be required

• Has previous experience in lending, finance, or B2C sales
• Thrives on variety and working with different teams
• Can work a flexible 5 day roster, including weekends
• Holds a full NZ driver’s licence
• Has a strong desire to learn and grow in a supportive environment
• Is open to a 12-month fixed term contract and keen to build experience within a high performing F&I team.
• Is looking for a genuine pathway into a full time Business Manager role
