Business Manager (Automotive)

What does the role entail?

• Act as key liaison between our customers and lenders
• Assist with customer enquiries for finance and insurance products
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales and customer services strategies
• Accurately complete any documentation relating to the sale and purchase of finance as directed
• Ensure compliance in all areas by adhering to all processes as prescribed by the GM F&I or Regional Managers

• Previous experience in lending, finance, banking, insurance, or business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers from all backgrounds.
• A customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.
• Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems and processes.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work a five-day roster, including weekends.
• Full New Zealand driver's licence is desirable.
