Turners Group NZ Ltd is part of the Turners Automotive Group and we're very proud to have been helping Kiwi's buy and sell used vehicles for over 50 years.
We’re seeking an organised and customer focused individual to join our admin team. As a admin team member you will provide exceptional customer service and resolve any queries we get. This will be a Thursday to Monday shift and would suit anyone that has beginner – intermediate administration experience and loves being around cars as you'll be part of the operations team as well.
What does the role entail?
- Creating accurate sales documentation to ensure seamless transactions.
- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Efficiently managing front desk operations to ensure a welcoming environment and being a concierge between our yards.
- Data entry and working with NZTA and general office duties.
- Back up to our Administration & Operations team - multi tasking is essential and being able to Pivot.
- Co-ordinating appointments/bookings made online for our cash now team.
- Being diverse as you will be part of both Admin & Operations team.
- Assist with moving vehicles around the yard and general operations tasks that may be required.
What do we need from you?
- A bright and cheerful disposition and a love for cars
- Previous customer services/administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused and ability to relate to people of all backgrounds
- Computer literate with intermediate Word, Excel and data entry skills
- Full working rights
- A valid drivers licence (restricted or full)
