Administrator/Sales Coordinator

Turners Group NZ Ltd is part of the Turners Automotive Group and we're very proud to have been helping Kiwi's buy and sell used vehicles for over 50 years.

We currently have a great opportunity at our Trucks and Machinery team based in Lower Hutt for an office superstar to join our team.  We are seeking a highly organised, service focused and efficient Administrator to work in this demanding part of our business.  The key focus of the role is.

  • Ensuring allocated tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner;
  • Working with other team members to achieve business targets; and
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service both internally and externally.

This position would suit a person who enjoys being in customer facing role and who enjoys autonomy while also being an integral part of the team.  We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a drive for efficient and effective office support to our field team.  Applicants will also have a high standard of integrity and positive interpersonal skills, and with a focus on and passion for outstanding customer service. 

The successful candidate should also possess the following:

  • A strong customer focus;
  • A positive, enthusiastic and mature outlook;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office with fast and accurate data entry skills;
  • Time Management and organisation skills;
  • A proven ability to work effectively as part of a small team and under pressure.
