Accounts Administrator


Turners Group NZ Ltd is part of the Turners Automotive Group and we're very proud to have been helping Kiwi's buy and sell used vehicles for over 50 years.

An opportunity now exists to join our National Support Office in the role of Accounts Administrator, we are seeking a highly organised and efficient person to join our team to help with the workload.  The overall key focus of the position is manage the day to day administration of the Accounts Payable and efficiently carryout general administrative duties. 

In this role you will be working with the finance team and our branches located across the country to assist with their queries.  You will have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that financial reporting and processing is completed in a timely manner.

The successful applicant will possess the following qualities and attributes:

  • Previous Accounts Payable/Administration experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High caliber of computer skills, including Basic to Intermediate Excel;
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise and organise workload;
  • A proven ability to work effectively as part of a small team, and at times, work under pressure.

A positive, customer orientated, flexible, and sound work ethic will ensure you fit well. We are looking for a candidate who ideally has a Graduate degree or Diploma in Accounting.
